Privacy Policy
Your information
When you join Tablenote, we collect basic information to build your profile and identify your contributions. This includes your email address, a display name, and optional details like a profile photo, a short bio, and your home city. When you write a review, we store the text of that review and any proof-of-visit files you upload.
Public visibility
Tablenote is a social review platform. Your display name, profile photo, bio, home city, and all the reviews you write are public. This means anyone visiting the site can see them. Please keep this in mind when sharing personal details in your reviews or bio.
Proof of visit
To verify reviews, we may ask you to upload a photo of a receipt or a picture from your visit. Unlike your reviews, these files are stored privately. They are only visible to you (the account owner) and the site administrators for the purpose of verifying your review for points.
Payments and payouts
We reward quality reviews with points that can be cashed out. Payouts are handled manually by the site owner using third-party payment apps like PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. We do not store your bank account details or credit card numbers within the Tablenote application.
Cookies and storage
We use cookies and local session storage to keep you signed in as you move through the site. These are essential for the app to function and allow you to post reviews and manage your account.
Your data, your control
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you want to delete your account or have your data removed, you can request deletion at any time. We believe you should have control over what you share.
Questions?
If you have questions about this policy or would like to request that your data be deleted, please contact us at support@tablenote.shop.
Note: This email is a placeholder for the site owner to replace with their actual contact address.
